Privacy Policy

Lumen Studio is a solo studio run by Jake Murray. I keep this simple: I only collect what I need to talk with you and do good work, and I never sell it. Here's exactly how that works.

Who I am

Lumen Studio ("I," "me"). You can reach me any time at getlumenstudio@gmail.com.

What I collect

• Information you give me directly — your name, email, and details about your business or website when you email me, book a call, or request a free audit.
• Basic technical data — my hosting provider automatically logs standard information like your IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.

How I use it

Only to reply to you, schedule and run our call, and deliver the work we agree on. That's it. I do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and I won't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

The tools I use

To run the studio I rely on a few trusted services, and your information passes through them only for the purpose above:

• Google — booking a call uses Google Calendar's appointment scheduling, so the details you enter when booking are handled by Google.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on its end.

Cookies

This site itself doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. If you open the booking scheduler, Google may set its own cookies as part of that tool.

How long I keep it

I hold onto your information for as long as we're working together or talking, and only as long as I reasonably need it. Ask me to delete it and I will.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email getlumenstudio@gmail.com and I'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you're okay with the update.
